Dynamic Site SEO ………….?

Hello, I need advice optimizaiton a dynamic Web site. I have a php site I tried many things to promotion, but does not work. at the other end, I installed wordpress in another field and do nothing, but just edit the title and keywords, and sends to the motors search and are entering the main search engines (Google), but my original site does not come to any of this keyword is not on the third page also .. any body can tell me how to optimize this site, but the keywords I and ULA on the site, but nothing is happeing. Please suggest me what to do …. Thanks
